Purchase PROVEN® 40
Purchase PROVEN® 40 for use during the 2024 growing season.
Program Enrollment
Enroll in the 2024 N-OVATOR™ program and complete all eligibility requirements via the Pivot Bio Farmer Portal.
Complete Agreement
Sign and return the N-OVATOR™ program agreement and affidavit by August 14, 2024.
Nitrogen Replacement
Replace a minimum of 30lbs/acre of synthetic nitrogen in 2024.
Secure Your Advance Payment
New 2024 PROVEN® 40 growers and growers who increase their PROVEN® 40 order from 2023 to 2024 are eligible for the $5/acre advance payment, determined by their total enrolled acres.
Returning growers who decrease or sustain their PROVEN® 40 order from 2023 to 2024 are subject to a program cap of 750,000 acres. Any acres surpassing this limit will not qualify for the $5/acre advance payment; however, growers remain eligible for participation in the 2024 N-OVATOR™ program.

N-OVATOR™ Nitrogen Credits
A nitrogen credit is a tradable asset that captures the positive environmental impacts that are delivered when synthetic nitrogen fertilizer is replaced with a non-polluting nitrogen source – such as preservation of water, reductions in nitrate leaching and avoided greenhouse gas emissions. Nitrogen credits are measured in metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent avoided, liters of water preserved, and kilos of nitrate leaching prevented.
Verified Carbon Credits may be issued for the greenhouse gas emission reductions associated with crops grown in the continental U.S. as part of the N-OVATOR™ program.
