Pivot Bio Joins EuropaBio: Advancing Innovation in Sustainable Agriculture

Brussels, 3 April 2026 – EuropaBio is pleased to welcome Pivot Bio as its newest member, further strengthening the association’s representation of innovative biotechnology solutions supporting sustainable agriculture.

Founded in 2011, Pivot Bio is a leading agricultural biotechnology company developing microbial nitrogen solutions for major crops including corn, silage, sorghum, wheat, and cotton. Produced through fermentation, Pivot Bio’s proprietary microbes colonize plant roots and enable crops to fix nitrogen directly from the air, improving nutrient use efficiency, increasing yields, and reducing reliance on synthetic fertilizers.

As the pioneer in microbial crop nutrition, Pivot Bio represents a new generation of ag-tech innovation designed to offer farmers increase productivity while lowering environmental impacts.
