Pivot Bio MODERN Advisor Program

Pivot Bio is offering a summer session of the eight-week MODERN Advisor course for reps who want to build their understanding of nitrogen usage and deepen their understanding of Pivot Bio products.

The course will run from June 5, 2024 to July 24, 2024. On average, the course will require a time commitment of two hours per week: one hour of self-paced online learning and one hour of discussion-based learning on Wednesday mornings at 7:30AM CT.

This blend of live, online training and self-paced learning will grow rep knowledge in a variety of topics, including:

• Soil characteristics and management practices that impact soil nitrogen
• The impact of macro and micronutrients on nitrogen utilization
• How nitrogen limitations can impact performance during critical growth periods
• How nitrogen moves through the environment (usage and losses) and the impacts of nitrogen losses (reduced ROI, environmental impacts, etc.)
• How Pivot Bio products improve nitrogen efficiency
• The various forms, application methods, stabilizers, and limitations of synthetic nitrogen
• Other biological products and their modes of action
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nitrogen plans with growers
