STORAGE & HANDLING

To maintain product viability, store unopened mylar packages (packaged together, do not separate) at <70°F and away from direct sunlight. The expiration date is printed on the mylar pouch.

APPLICATION

Wear safety goggles and disposable nitrile gloves to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. **Pivot Bio PROVEN G3 Dry can be applied through a Pivot Bio approved treating system. Contact a Pivot Bio Distribution Partner for more information.

Step 1

Day of Planting: Identify Pivot Bio 2-Pack Product, Carrier Bucket+ Mylar Microbe Pack (treats 50 units of corn).

Step 2

To Mix: Open the bucket lid and pour the mylar microbe packs (1 and 2) into the carrier. Close the lid TIGHTLY and shake to incorporate the microbes into the carrier. Rotate the bucket, being sure to invert the bucket repeatedly (10-12 times), and shake the bucket to completely incorporate the microbes, (approximately 20 seconds). Once the products are mixed, it must be used within 5 days.

Step 3

Application (choose from 5 options listed below): To be used at planting or as a re-treatment option after Pivot Bio On-Seed application. For best results, mix and apply the product the same day as planting. Once applied on seed, it must be planted within 3 days. One scoop treats 2 units of seed, (Application rate is: 1.78 ounces per unit).

A. Dry Applicator Through Seed Tender: Calibrate the applicator for a 1-scoop per 2 units of seed (1.78 oz/unit). The entire mixed product should cover 50 units of seed. Empty dry applicator after each use and distribute remaining product onto the seed.

B. Seed Box-to-Box Application: To treat an entire 50-unit seed box with the entire bucket of mixed carrier + microbes. Distribute 2 scoops on the bottom of the empty seed box, begin box-to-box transfer evenly adding the product as the seed flows into the empty seed box. Once seed is completely transferred, evenly distribute remaining product on top of seed. For an additional mixing, transfer the treated box back into its original seed box or into a bulk seed tender.

C. Individual Row Unit Planter Boxes: Place ¼-scoop in each empty hopper box; pour 1 unit of seed into the box, followed by ½-scoop of the product; repeat ½-scoop per corn unit until box is full. Stir product into the seed for good coverage.

D. Central Fill Planter (Bags): With an empty system, pour 2 full scoops of powder into the bottom of the seed tank. Add bags of seed 2 at a time into the hopper followed by 1 full scoop of powder. Continue until the desired seed and powder are in the seed tank.

E. Central Fill Planter (Bulk Box): With an empty system, pour 2 full scoops of powder into the bottom of the seed tank. Start filling the seed tank to 25% capacity, add another 4 full scoops. Continue to add remaining seed, distributing the remaining dry product as the seed is filling the tank.

Step 4

Confirm planter is charged through the seed tubes and start planting.
